What we do

A single counterparty for the whole transaction

Cross-border metals trade breaks down in the gaps — between the mill and the buyer, the port and the paperwork, the contract and the payment. We take responsibility for all of it.

Supplier sourcing

We identify and qualify manufacturers, smelters and distributors capable of meeting your specification, volume and delivery window — then verify capacity before we commit to a price.

Contract negotiation

Price basis, quality tolerances, inspection rights, penalty clauses and Incoterms — negotiated and documented so both sides know exactly what has been agreed before cargo moves.

Logistics coordination

Booking, containerization or breakbulk stowage, inland haulage, port handling and marine cargo insurance — coordinated to one delivery schedule you can plan production around.

Export documentation

Commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading, certificate of origin, mill test certificates and any inspection or conformity documents your customs authority requires.

Trade finance support

Structuring around letters of credit, documentary collections and open-account terms, working with your bank so payment security and cash-flow timing suit both parties.

Quality & inspection

Specification agreed up front against recognized standards, with third-party inspection and pre-shipment testing arranged where the contract or the buyer calls for it.

STEP 01

Inquiry & specification

You send the product, grade, tonnage, destination port and target delivery window. If the specification is open, we help define it against the applicable standard.

STEP 02

Sourcing & supplier qualification

We approach producers and distributors able to meet the specification, confirm available capacity and lead time, and check compliance and documentation capability before quoting.

STEP 03

Offer & contract

You receive a written offer with price basis, delivery term and payment structure. On acceptance we issue a sales contract covering quality, inspection, penalties and dispute resolution.

STEP 04

Payment instrument & production

Letter of credit is opened and checked against the contract, or the agreed collection terms are put in place. Production or allocation begins once the instrument is confirmed workable.

STEP 05

Inspection & shipment

Pre-shipment inspection where contracted, then booking, loading, stowage and marine insurance. Shipping advice and document copies are sent as soon as cargo is on board.

STEP 06

Documents & delivery

The full document set is presented to the bank or couriered to you, and we stay involved through customs clearance and final delivery until the cargo is accepted.

Why work with us

Built for buyers who need the paperwork to be right

In cross-border metals, a rejected document set or a mis-declared grade costs more than the margin on the trade. We are structured to prevent that.

  • Specification agreed before priceWe do not quote against a vague description — grade, temper, tolerance and standard are fixed first.
  • Suppliers qualified, not just listedCapacity, quality systems and export documentation capability are checked before a producer is put forward.
  • Document sets checked against the LCDiscrepancies are caught before presentation, not after the bank refuses.
  • One point of accountabilitySourcing, freight, documents and finance sit with the same team — no handing you between counterparties.
  • Direct access to decision-makersAs a new and deliberately lean company, you deal with the people who negotiate your contract.
  • Based beside a deepwater portWe operate from Moncks Corner, South Carolina, roughly 30 miles from the Port of Charleston — one of the deepest container ports on the US East Coast.
